Delivery is free in Prince George City Limits. Beyond that is $0.89/km using google maps for kms.

Installation:

​

Inflatables: Installation is ONLY done by a party kings staff member and is included in the rental price for inflatables. According to Technical Safety BC, you must have an installation permit to install an inflatable for safety reasons. 

Takedown and is also done by our staff and is included in the rental price.

​

Event Services: Installation is done entirely by our staff and is included in price.

​

Setup Time Required:

​

We MUST have adequate time to properly setup. We will inform you of how much time is needed before your booking is confirmed. If we are not given enough setup time, we cannot guarantee being finished in time for your event and we will not give any discounts or refunds in this scenario.

​

Inflatables: Your rental time begins AFTER our setup is complete.

​

For Decor Services:

Please respect the time needed for decor installations. We will inform you of how much time is needed prior to confirming your booking.

​

*If our agreed upon setup time frame is shortened after your booking is confirmed and we do not have adequate time to complete the decor you've ordered, no refunds will be given and we will do what we can in the time frame given with no guarantees.

​

*Overnight setups happening anytime between 10pm and 6am are an additional cost of 15% of the invoice total.

*If our agreed upon setup time is changed and we are required to do a last minute overnight installation happening anytime between 10pm and 5am, the penalty cost incurred will be 25% of invoice total.

Inflatables stay inflated by a large fan called a "blower" that runs continuously during use. Blowers require one standard outlet on a dedicated breaker. 2 blowers sharing the same breaker will trip the breaker and will not run. 

​

Standard outlets must be within 100ft of the blower. We provide all extension cords needed and handle all blower installation.

​

Generator Rentals: 

We provide generator rentals that include fuel and all setup/handling for $150 each.

​

**Unfortunately you cannot provide your own generators as we've had issues in the past of having generators that do not work. Exceptions are made on a case by case basis if the generators are 4500W or greater.

​

** If your generator does not provide enough power for the blower, no refunds are given.

​

Most of our inflatables require 1 blower except for our obstacle courses. Other outlets may also be required for our Cinema Package, Dance Dome and Inflatable Night Club.

Weather Related Cancellations:

If you cancel your outdoor event due to weather by 9pm the night before the event, you will be refunded 100% of your deposit and any other balance paid and there will be no cancellation fees. You will also have the option to reschedule or keep your balance paid as a credit towards any future rentals.

If the weather takes a turn for the worst after we arrive for set up, no refunds are given. No one can control the weather.

 

Inflatables & Bad Weather:

​

Rain: Inflatables cannot be used in heavy constant rain due to safety issues with users slipping and falling. The heavy rain can also fill the interior of the inflatable with moisture and cause mold to form.

If it begins to rain during your rental, evacuate the inflatable immediately but leave the unit inflated.

​

Wind: Inflatables cannot under any circumstances be used in winds over 25km per hour. Inflatables are secured to the ground with 18inch stakes that are rated for up to 25km/hr. If stakes cannot be used, water weights or sandbags are used and are rated for 15km/hr winds.

If high winds happen during your rental, evacuate and deflate the unit immediately. High winds can be very dangerous to users in the inflatable.

In the case of high winds and heavy rain - evacuate and deflate unit immediately.

​

There are no extra charges associated with rain - no one can control the weather.

Deposits: In order to book, we require a 25% upfront deposit with the rest due at delivery. Your booking is not secure until deposit is received.

Cancellation Policy and Refunds:

 

If your event is cancelled before delivery due to natural disasters, or a severe crisis or emergencies - you will be refunded 100% of your deposit and any other balance paid and there will be no additional charges.

​

If the weather forecast is predicting heavy constant rain and winds over 25km/hr, any outdoor inflatables booked must be cancelled.

You will also have the option to reschedule or keep your balance paid as a credit towards any future rentals.

Inflatable Supervision: The inflatable must be supervised when in use at all times by a responsible adult over the age of 18+.

 

You are able to provide your own supervisor or you can hire one of our staff to supervise for $40/hr.

​

Safety Rules: During your booking process, you will have the opportunity to screen shot or download the safety rules for the inflatable.

​

After setup is complete, the setup staff will give a safety briefing regarding the safety rules and proper use of the inflatable to whoever is supervising the inflatable.

Party Kings Co. has 5 million liability insurance and is registered with Technical Safety BC. We have thorough safety protocols for installation and safety use and maintain high standards for setup and the maintenance of our inflatable units. 

 

All of our staff members undergo a thorough background check and are experienced in working with and around children. As parents ourselves, we take this aspect very seriously.
